Parking Instructions for Old Courthouse Square – Sonoma County Juneteenth Festival Welcome to the Sonoma County Juneteenth Festival at Old Courthouse Square in Santa Rosa, CA! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following parking options: Public Parking Garages & Lots: 1. D Street Garage – 735 5th St. (Closest to the Square) 2. 3rd Street Garage – 625 3rd St. (Entrance on 3rd St. & 2nd St.) 3. 5th & B Street Garage – 115 5th St. Near restaurants and shopping) 4. 1st & Santa Rosa Avenue Lot – 555 1st St. Street Parking: Metered parking is available around Old Courthouse Square and nearby streets. Please check posted signs for time limits and payment requirements. ADA & Accessible Parking: Designated ADA parking spaces are available in nearby public garages and street parking areas. A valid disabled parking placard or license plate is required. Public Transportation & Rideshare: Santa Rosa City Bus and SMART Train provide easy access to downtown. Consider using Uber/Lyft for convenient drop-offs near the festival entrance. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. General Safety: ✅ Stay Hydrated – Bring a reusable water bottle; hydration stations will be available. ✅ Dress for the Weather – Wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection. ✅ First Aid – A designated First Aid station will be available for any medical needs. Emergency Preparedness: In Case of Emergency – Locate event staff or security personnel immediately. Lost & Found – Visit the information booth for lost items or lost persons. Health Precautions: Stay Home if Sick – If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay home to protect others. Sanitation Stations – Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the event. Restrooms – Public restrooms with handwashing facilities will be available. Children & Family Safety: Supervise Children – Keep an eye on young attendees at all times. Meeting Point – Establish a designated meeting spot in case anyone gets separated. Prohibited Items & Conduct: No outside alcohol or illegal substances. No weapons of any kind. No disruptive or unsafe behavior. 🍽️ Application Review Process – Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by our board, and vendors will be selected based on event needs, food variety, and compliance with health regulations.
💰 Non-Refundable Fee – If accepted, the vendor fee is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation.
🍴 Food Permits & Health Compliance – All vendors must have valid permits and adhere to Sonoma County health regulations.
🔌 Equipment & Power – Vendors must bring necessary cooking equipment; limited power access may be available.
🧹 Cleanliness & Waste Disposal – Maintain a clean workspace and properly dispose of waste.
📍 Booth Setup – Vendors will receive a designated space; details will be provided upon acceptance.
