Thank you for your interest in becoming a Craft Vendor at the 2025 Kimmswick Strawberry Festival. Each Craft Vendor booth space: 10 feet X 10 feet for $175. This fee includes a temporary business license and one parking pass. An additional parking pass per vendor for the event can be picked up at Kimmswick City Hall. All festival vendor spaces require payment to the City of Kimmswick through Eventeny. No checks or cash will be accepted for vendor spaces at City of Kimmswick festivals.
A very limited number of booth spaces with an electric hookup are available for an additional fee of $35. If you are requesting access to electricity, a festival volunteer will reach out to you to discuss and/or coordinate. Payment for electricity will be made ONLY following approval.
Quiet inverter generators are permitted. However, any complaints about noise pollution will result in the requirement of the generator being removed from the festival area immediately. No exceptions.
ALL SPACE ASSIGNMENTS ARE MADE AT THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE KIMMSWICK EVENTS COMMITTEE.

This fee includes a temporary business license and one parking pass. An additional parking pass per Corporate Sponsor for the event can be picked up at Kimmswick City Hall.
