About the Event:
Virginia Highland Porchfest is BACK for its 5th year on May 17, 2025. Local bands will be jammin' and porches will be hoppin' as music fills the neighborhood. We are selecting a lineup of talented artists and makers to participate in the event.
Event Schedule:
- The Rock n Run begins around 10:30-11:00am and will pass by your booth
- Bands start at 11AM-12 PM and end at 6 PM, with additional performances in the business district starting at 6 PM.
- Vendors must be loaded in by 10 AM. You are welcome to wrap up at 6 PM.
Application Timeline:
- Applications are due by March 14
- Approved vendors will be sent an email by April 1
Requirements:
- Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display, including tables, tent, chairs, table cloths, and other display items.
- Vendors must use a tent that is 100% white.
- If your booth requires more than 10ft, you MUST apply and pay for 2 spaces.

Virginia Highland Porchfest is BACK for its 5th year on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Local bands will be jammin' and porches will be hoppin' as music fills Virginia Highland. We are selecting a lineup of amazing food vendors to participate in the event.
Event Schedule:
- The Rock n Run begins around 10:30-11:00 AM and will pass by your booth
- Bands start at 11AM-12 PM and end at 6 PM, with additional performances in the business district starting at 6 PM.
- Vendors must be loaded in by 10:00 AM. You are welcome to wrap up at 6 PM.

- Applications are due by March 14
- Approved vendors will be sent an email by April 1
Requirements:
- Vendors are responsible for providing everything they will need to operate during the event, including generators, extension cords, and trash cans.
- Please note that we have had 40k attendees in past years, so expect a crowd and bring plenty of inventory. We will be looking for vendors with a faster quick turnaround time to keep lines short.

We are selecting a lineup of top bands to participate in the event. Apply to be one of them! We accept all genres of music, and we prioritize family friendly tunes.
Application Timeline
The deadline to apply is March 14. Bands will be notified of acceptance by April 1. The Porchfest Committee will match bands with porch hosts and share the schedule prior to the event.
