This application is for non-profit and activity vendors for our 2025 season. There is no fee for non-profits who are giving out free items or free activities. If you charge for your activity, please apply as a retail vendor. Vendors do best when they have an activity or give away to attract attendees. Partisan or political organizations are not allowed.

Heard on Hurd (HoH) is the largest monthly food truck and music festival in the US. Each month, thousands of attendees venture into the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma to celebrate with their neighbors. It is curated by Citizens Bank of Edmond and 2025 is our 12th season. It is a family-friendly event so no explicit material is allowed.
Heard on Hurd was designed to showcase original artists with local Oklahoma ties. That is not to say that you can't play a couple of covers in your set, but we are looking for artists that have a repertoire of mostly original music. We are seeking acts that typically draw at least 100 people in their hometown and are very experienced with live performances. If that's you, please apply below.
