About the application

Curated by Citizens Bank of Edmond, Heard on Hurd (HoH) is an exciting monthly food truck and music festival in the US. Every 3rd Saturday March-October, thousands of attendees venture into the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. Each month features over 70 food trucks, pop-up shops, non-profits, local shopping, local food, and three live bands.

About the event

Held every 3rd Saturday from March-October, Heard on Hurd is powered by Citizens Bank of Edmond and features over 70 food trucks, pop-up retail shops, and live music with three live musical artists. Right in the heart of downtown Edmond, OK. Heard on Hurd brings the community together for local shopping, local food, and local music.

Terms & Conditions

We have more vendors than spots available, so applying does not guarantee participation. We will inform you if you are selected or placed on a waitlist. You will only be charged if selected and then payments are due two weeks before each event. Payments are non-refundable.

All vendors must have a valid Oklahoma Sales Tax permit and Health permit and provide proof of permit to event organizers if selected.

All vendors are responsible for their entire booth set up. (e.g. tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, signs etc.) Free Wi-Fi is provided but is not guaranteed.

Electricity will not be available for vendors. Generators must be used.

Setup for vendors begins at 4pm on the day of event. All vendors must be present by 5pm. Any vendors not present by 5pm will not be allowed to participate.

The food truck fee is $200 for customers of Citizens Bank of Edmond and $250 for non-customers. Payments are due two weeks before each event. Please note that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. CBE customers' payments will be deducted from their account, but the application does require a card on file.

Non-Customer Single Booth	$250.00	Non-refundable	The fee is for approved food vendors who are not customers of Citizens Bank of Edmond. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The card on file will be charged on the 1st.
CBE Customer Single booth	$200.00	Non-refundable	You may have your payment drafted from your CBE account rather than charging the card on file. Customer accounts will be drafted two weeks prior to each event. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
