Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions General Terms 1.1 By purchasing or receiving a ticket to Fae Ball Events (the "Event"), the ticket holder (the "Holder") agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. 1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all ticket holders, whether the ticket was purchased, gifted, or otherwise obtained. Ticket Purchase & Eligibility 2.1 Tickets are non-transferable to another event, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or exchanged. 2.2 Only individuals who are legally eligible to purchase a ticket in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held are permitted to do so. 2.3 The purchase of tickets may be subject to verification of identity and eligibility. Solicitation & Promotional Activities 3.1 Soliciting, advertising, or promoting any products, services, or business activities during the Event is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Fae Ball Events. 3.2 Unauthorized solicitation, including but not limited to the distribution of flyers, pamphlets, or other promotional materials, may result in the immediate removal of the Holder from the Event venue and revocation of the ticket without refund. 3.3 Fae Ball Events reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold, and may impose restrictions on the number of tickets any one individual or entity can purchase. Ticket Holder Responsibilities 4.1 Ticket holders must comply with all Event rules, policies, and applicable laws, including venue regulations. 4.2 Ticket holders must ensure they are present at the Event in a timely manner. The Event Organizer will not be responsible for delays or inability to attend due to late arrival. 4.3 Ticket holders agree to indemnify and hold Fae Ball Events, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the ticket holder’s actions at the Event. Revocation of Ticket 5.1 Fae Ball Events reserves the right to revoke or cancel any ticket if the holder violates any part of these terms and conditions. 5.2 In the event of ticket revocation, the ticket holder will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Event Cancellation or Postponement 6.1 If the Event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed for any reason, Fae Ball Events will provide information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements, as applicable. 6.2 Ticket holders acknowledge that Fae Ball Events is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation or postponement. Privacy & Data Collection 7.1 Ticket holders may be required to provide personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number) in order to purchase tickets or register for the Event. Fae Ball Events will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. 7.2 Ticket holders consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of Event communication, updates, and promotions related to Fae Ball Events. Photography & Video Recording 8.1 By attending the Event, ticket holders grant Fae Ball Events permission to use their image, likeness, and/or voice in promotional materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos, or recordings. 8.2 Photography or recording during the Event may be restricted based on the nature of the Event, and ticket holders must comply with any requests or guidelines provided by Event staff. Limitation of Liability 9.1 Fae Ball Events and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property during the Event. 9.2 In no event shall Fae Ball Events be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the ticket holder’s participation in the Event. Governing Law 10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portland, OR. 10.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portland, OR. Changes to Terms and Conditions 11.1 Fae Ball Events reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.
