Acceptance of Terms
By attending the Eugene Springfield PRIDE Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with the guidelines above may result in removal from the event without refund and/or potential exclusion from future events.

Event Code of Conduct
1. Respect and Inclusivity
• All attendees are expected to treat one another with respect, kindness, and dignity.
• Discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
• Offensive or hateful language and behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Safety and Behavior
• Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and local authorities.
• Violence, aggressive behavior, or any activity that poses a risk to the safety of others will result in removal from the event grounds.
• Weapons, illegal substances, and any other prohibited items under local, state, or federal law are not allowed.
3. Compliance with Laws and Park Rules
• Attendees must abide by all applicable local, county, and state laws, as well as any specific guidelines or regulations in place for the event venue.
• Public consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking in restricted areas, or possession of open containers in areas where they are prohibited is not permitted.
4. Children and Minors
• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s behavior and safety at all times.
5. Photography and Media Release
• By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional and archival use by the event organizers or approved media outlets.
• If you do not wish to appear in event-related media, please notify event staff or clearly communicate your preference to photographers/videographers.
6. Personal Belongings
• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. Health and Wellness
• If you are feeling unwell, please consider wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, or staying home to protect others.
• Follow any local health authority guidelines regarding communicable diseases such as COVID-19.
8. Cooperation and Reporting
• If you witness any violation of this Code of Conduct or feel unsafe, immediately notify event staff or security personnel.
• The event organizers reserve the right to remove any person who does not comply with these terms and conditions or whose actions threaten the safety or enjoyment of other attendees.
