Be part of the Eugene Springfield PRIDE 2025 Food Court and showcase your amazing culinary creations!Whether you're serving fresh, hot meals from a food truck or providing pre-packaged delights, this event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with thousands of attendees celebrating equality, diversity, and community!

We are offering two food court options:

Outdoor Food Court: Located in the vibrant outdoor courtyard, this space is perfect for food trucks, trailers, and vendors preparing fresh, hot food onsite. Limited power is available, and gas-powered generators are permitted.
Indoor Food Court: Situated near the main stage inside the Lane Events Center, this space offers great visibility and access to attendees. No open flames or frying are permitted indoors, and power access is limited.

About the event

Join us for a day of love, celebration, organizing, and community at Eugene Springfield PRIDE 2025! This year’s festival takes place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Lane Events Center from 11am-7pm, where we’ll come together to honor and uplift the LGBTQ2SIA+ community. Expect an exciting day filled with live entertainment, local vendors, delicious food, a community resource fair, and fun activities for all ages. Whether you’re here to celebrate, connect, or show your support, there’s something for everyone at PRIDE! We believe PRIDE is for everyone, which is why entrance tickets are offered on a sliding scale of $1, $2, $5, or $10. An entry scholarship will be available, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. We want everyone to feel welcome and included in this special celebration. Your participation helps support Eugene PRIDE and our initiatives, including scholarships for LGBTQ2SIA+ students and programs that empower and uplift our community.

If accepted, you agree to follow all festival guidelines, including any directions provided by event coordinators. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund (if applicable).

You acknowledge that you must abide by all local, county, and state regulations, as well as the festival’s Code of Conduct and Non-Discrimination Policy.

The festival organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by applicants or participants. You accept full responsibility for your property and personnel.

5. Right of Refusal

The festival coordinators reserve the right to accept or refuse applications at their discretion. If your application is declined, you will be notified promptly.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, public health restrictions), the festival coordinators may modify, postpone, or cancel the event. No liability shall be assumed by the organizers for any resulting losses.

Outside Food Court	$400.00	Non-refundable	Accommodates food trucks and booths. Frying, open flames, and gas equipment permitted. Designed for vendors with diverse cooking methods and equipment requirements.
Inside Food Court	$400.00	Non-refundable	10x20 booth spaces, pipe and draped on three sides. No frying, open flames, or gas equipment allowed. Ideal for vendors with minimal equipment needs in a controlled indoor environment.
Inside and Outside Food Court	$700.00	Non-refundable	For vendors who wish to operate in both areas, providing maximum exposure and flexibility. Must adhere to specific equipment restrictions indoors and can utilize full cooking methods outdoors.
Standard Power Outlet (500W)	$75.00	Non-refundable	Provides a single 500-watt outlet, suitable for low-power equipment and basic electrical needs.
High-Power Circuit (2000W+, 20 Amp)	$110.00	Non-refundable	Supports equipment with higher power requirements, delivering over 2000 watts on a 20-amp circuit.
Medium-Power Outlet (Up to 3000W, 15 Amp)	$140.00	Non-refundable	Offers a single outlet with up to 3000 watts of power, ideal for mid-range electrical needs with a 15-amp capacity.
Heavy-Duty Outlet (4000-6000W, 30 Amp)	$180.00	Non-refundable	Provides robust power for demanding equipment, with a single outlet delivering 4000 to 6000 watts and up to 30 amps.
