For a fee, SPSF/BC provides a merchandising location for interested individuals/organizations. SPSF/BC provides 1 (one) table, located in an 8ft x 6ft booth and 2 (two) chairs per table purchased (a table measures 30” x 6’, sizing may be subject to change), and will provide electricity upon request for an additional fee. The fee for each table space includes 1 (one) attendee badge, and dealers can purchase 1 (one) discounted badge for an assistant/helper per table purchased. A maximum of two tables may be purchased, which includes a maximum of 2 (two) attendee badges and the option to purchase a maximum of 2 (two) helper badges at the discounted rate. Any additional attendee badges must be purchased at the current full membership rate. As this is a badged event, you must provide a legal name for each badge you request. You may request that any badge also have a fan name printed on it, or your business name, but you must provide a legal name for each badge wearing individual by no later than June 20, 2025 and no changes will be accepted after this date. Any helper badges in excess of one per table are priced at the membership rate in effect at the time of Dealer selection (if your form has complete names), or when you provide complete names, whichever rate is higher.
PLEASE NOTE: Any tables for which a selected applicant fails to properly pay, may be immediately released and/or offered to another applicant, and the original applicant may be required to reapply for consideration.
