Art Gallery

The BayCon Art Gallery is a place for artists to display and sell their unique works to the attendees of the convention.  BayCon will handle the sales and the taxes for a small 20% commission.  

 

EVENT DATES: 7/04/2025 - 7/07/2025.   ART GALLERY HOURS: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Friday), 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Saturday/Sunday), 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Monday). These hours are subject to change.

BayCon 2025 invites you to explore "A Convenient Parallel Dimension," a world where imagination meets reality, and the lines between genres blur. This year, join us for an extraordinary journey through time, space, and beyond as we celebrate the creativity and wonder of speculative fiction with a focus on the supernatural, paranormal, and horror. This year, we are proud to host Westercon 77! Guests of Honor: - J. K. Woodward: Renowned comic book artist - Sasha Graham: Acclaimed author, tarot expert, and actor. M. A. Carrick: Fantasy author known for "The Rook & Rose" series. Catherine Mary Stewart: Actor famous for roles in "The Last Starfighter" and "Night of the Comet." Stacy Meyn & Tracy Newby: Influential fandom personalities and long-time BayCon contributors. Location: Santa Clara Marriott 2700 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054 Convention Dates: July 3-6, 2025 Hotel Room Pricing: - King Room: $169 per night - 2 Queens Room: $179 per night Parking Information: - On-Site Parking: $10 per day (no in/out privileges unless you're an overnight guest at the hotel) Registration: - Pre-Registration: Starting August 1: Full weekend badge is $75 (prices increment to the at-door price between then and July 3) - At-Door Registration: $150

The Art Gallery is a juried space

 

This primarily means two things:

• If you have previously been a part of the Art Gallery (formerly known as the Art Show), there is no guarantee that we will accept your application.
• You will be notified whether your application has been accepted or not, and any fees due will be communicated at that time.
• Applications will be accepted from this form only.   Note: Space is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first served basis". Accepted artists will be notified within 30 days of receipt of application.   No fees will be due until you are notified of your selection. Eventeny will automatically charge your chosen payment method at time of approval. If your payment is declined and another payment method is necessary there will be an additional $25 convenience fee charged. *WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CHECKS OR CASH PAYMENTS   ARTIST ALLEY HEAD: Shari Benson art@baycon.org
