TIME:
Friday, September 12: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday, September 13: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
LOAD-IN DAY: Thursday, September 11 from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
**Please note that at 5:30 PM on Friday, we will host a community-style potluck dinner for attendees. We encourage those who are not bringing a dish to share, to support our food vendors by purchasing meals from you. **
You may leave your unit on the premises overnight, as security will be provided. Please note that no animals or alcohol are allowed on-site. Ice will be available for purchase on the grounds if needed.
Each food vendor will receive three complimentary festival passes for their employees to access the event.

Welcome to the heart of our festival—the Community Potluck Dinner! This shared meal is more than just food; it’s an opportunity to connect, share traditions, and celebrate our incredible community.
Here’s what to expect:
Bring a Dish to Share: Each guest is encouraged to bring a homemade dish that feeds at least 8–10 people. Whether it’s a family recipe, a seasonal favorite, or something new you’ve been dying to try, your contribution will make the evening extra special.
Label Your Dish: To help everyone enjoy the meal, please include a small card listing the name of your dish and any key ingredients (especially allergens like nuts, dairy, or gluten). You must provide a serving utensil also.
Variety of Options: Expect a wide array of dishes—from hearty casseroles and fresh salads to homemade breads and decadent desserts. We’ll also have designated tables for appetizers, mains, sides, and sweets.
Come Hungry and Ready to Share: This potluck isn’t just about eating—it’s about sharing stories, swapping recipes, and connecting over great food.
Let’s create a memorable evening of fellowship and fantastic food. Your dish, paired with the collective effort of our community, will make this a night to remember!
We are excited about this year's festival! Thank you for filling out a speaker application. We will be making our choices by March or sooner. If you aren't chosen for this year, don't fret! We will keep the application on hand for all of our potential weekend workshops.
