












The Artist's Alley is an interactive space where artists can both showcase their work and sell their unique creations. This dynamic workspace invites attendees to connect with artists in an inspiring and creative atmosphere.

The BayCon Art Gallery is a place for artists to display and sell their unique works to the attendees of the convention. BayCon will handle the sales and the taxes for a small 20% commission.

For a fee, SPSF/BC provides a merchandising location for interested individuals/organizations. SPSF/BC provides 1 (one) table, located in an 8ft x 6ft booth and 2 (two) chairs per table purchased (a table measures 30” x 6’, sizing may be subject to change), and will provide electricity upon request for an additional fee. The fee for each table space includes 1 (one) attendee badge, and dealers can purchase 1 (one) discounted badge for an assistant/helper per table purchased. A maximum of two tables may be purchased, which includes a maximum of 2 (two) attendee badges and the option to purchase a maximum of 2 (two) helper badges at the discounted rate. Any additional attendee badges must be purchased at the current full membership rate. As this is a badged event, you must provide a legal name for each badge you request. You may request that any badge also have a fan name printed on it, or your business name, but you must provide a legal name for each badge wearing individual by no later than June 20, 2025 and no changes will be accepted after this date. Any helper badges in excess of one per table are priced at the membership rate in effect at the time of Dealer selection (if your form has complete names), or when you provide complete names, whichever rate is higher.
PLEASE NOTE: Any tables for which a selected applicant fails to properly pay, may be immediately released and/or offered to another applicant, and the original applicant may be required to reapply for consideration.

At BayCon, our Fan Tables are the heart of our community spirit—a dedicated space for fans to share, promote, and celebrate all things speculative fiction without the commercial pressures of the Marketplace. Fan Tables are intended for non-commercial interactions, such as distributing information, showcasing fan art, promoting zines, and sharing tickets or memberships for other non-profit conventions. They offer you the opportunity to engage with fellow enthusiasts, build grassroots networks, and highlight your creative projects in a collaborative, fan-focused environment. Please note that Fan Tables are not permitted to sell any merchandise, with the exception of tickets or memberships for non-profit conventions. If you’re ready to contribute to the vibrant, freewheeling culture of BayCon and showcase your passion for the fandom, we invite you to complete the Fan Table application below. [Application Closes 15 June 2025] Are you a live performer or band looking to showcase your music at BayCon 2025? We invite you to apply for a live music slot on our stage, where you’ll have the chance to captivate a diverse and enthusiastic audience of speculative fiction fans. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure, connect with the community, and be a key part of the BayCon experience.
Please note the following requirements and details for your application:
- Performance Dates: You must be available to perform between 4 July and 6 July 2025.
- Payment: Compensation will be negotiated directly with our Events Director based on your proposal and performance needs.
- Technical Rehearsals: Tech rehearsals will be scheduled prior to your performance, so please ensure your availability for these sessions.
- Equipment: Performers are required to bring their own gear for hookup into our audio system.
- Application Details: Include a brief description of your act, any technical requirements, and links to previous performances or demos if available.
- Additional Considerations: We encourage you to share how your performance will engage the BayCon audience and reflect the spirit of speculative fiction.
- Marketing: We will market your performance as part of our rotation of social media posts, however, if you have logos, brands, or other marketing strategies you'd like us to consider or join, please let us know!
