IMPORTANT: MODIFICATIONS TO ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW LAYOUT

Please note that the Arts & Crafts Show layout has been modified due to the Municipal Center construction project beginning in May 2025 and continuing through 2026. Booth spaces will be located on asphalt instead of grass as in previous years. It is planned as a street fair style show along both sides of Summit Dr. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

The Village of Schaumburg and the Septemberfest Committee cordially invite you to participate in the 44th annual Septemberfest Arts & Crafts Show; 54th annual Septemberfest. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Also featuring entertainment on two stages, a carnival, craft beer & wine area, Taste of Schaumburg, Not-for-Profit Day, Bingo, fireworks on Sunday evening, and a Labor Day parade on Monday on the grounds of the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center adjacent to the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts in Schaumburg.

ATTENDANCE

Since its inception, Septemberfest has seen a consistent increase in attendance. The Labor Day celebration historically draws over 100,000 patrons with most festival attendees from Schaumburg and the surrounding communities. Our Labor Day celebration is rooted in strong support and patronage from residents of Schaumburg and the surrounding suburbs. We're delighted to also welcome attendees from across the greater Chicagoland area and beyond state lines, making Septemberfest the destination to be for Labor Day weekend.
