Tomato Festival

For vendors selling food or beverages, including prepared meals, snacks, or speciality deserts or drinks must provide a valid certificate of insurance and food service license. 

 

*Please indicate on your application if you will need more than one food serving space- you will need to include the additional spaces on this application. (Ex: if you are bringing two trailers, you will need to mark a quantity of 2 for whatever size space is needed). 

 

Please ensure that you indicate if you have any special request before submitting your application.

 

*If you need to add a line item to your application after submission, select new pricing and a drop down menu will appear. You will not be able to edit your application after approval.

 

*You will have to put in a credit card in order to submit your application. Please note, your credit card will not be charged upon application submission. The Special Events team will contact you before pushing through any payments online. If you would like to pay by cash or check, you can do so by coming into City Hall and making a payment at the Auditor's office (open M-F 8A-5P) or mailing payment to:

This application is for vendors who fall under the category of crafts, direct sales, non profit organizations or general business vendors. Please ensure you select the correct vendor option for the booth space that is needed for your business.

We would love to have you as a sponsor for our 60th anniversary of the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival! The Tomato Festival is a multi-day family festival and celebration of community pride. It’s a time together with family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy the largest, longest-running and inclusive event in Reynoldsburg. Have a great time with us and enjoy some of our signature activities such as the pizza challenge, spaghetti eating contest, Tomato Royalty Pageant, tomato contest, car show, live musical performances from your favorite bands and SO much more! There are activities for all ages to enjoy over the course of the festival and you're guaranteed to have an amazing time! We are looking for people to help make this event a success. By volunteering, you will be making an impact in your community and ensuring the success of this year's event. Plus you get a free festival t-shirt (while supplies last)! Students: Earn Service Hours. Clubs/Civic Organizations: Give back to the community. If you are interested in volunteering this year, please complete the application and chose the availability that best suits your schedule. Must be 18 or older to volunteer. Student organizations or programs are permitted but must have adult supervision.
