About the application

This application is for vendors who fall under the category of crafts, direct sales, non profit organizations or general business vendors. Please ensure you select the correct vendor option for the booth space that is needed for your business.

*You will have to put in a credit card in order to submit your application. Please note, your credit card will not be charged upon application submission. The Special Events team will contact you before pushing through any payments online. If you would like to pay by cash or check, you can do so by coming into City Hall and making a payment at the Auditor's office (open M-F 8A-5P) or mailing payment to:

About the event

Welcome to the 60th anniversary of the Tomato Festival! Reynoldsburg is proud to be the home of the tomato and we can't wait to share all of the tomato-lly awesome fun with you! Have a great time with us and enjoy some of our signature activities such as the pizza challenge, spaghetti eating contest, tomato royalty pageant, tomato contest, car show, live musical performances from your favorite bands and SO much more! There are activities for all ages to enjoy over the three days of the festival and you are guaranteed to have an amazing time! The Tomato Festival is our signature event and we are so proud to share it with you all.

Terms & Conditions

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email copy of our 2025 Tomato Festival contract. This contract needs to be reviewed and signed no later than June 27, 2025.

If you need to cancel your spot at this event, you must do so no later than one week before the event.

Prices

One 10x10 Booth Space	$225.00		For individuals or organizations selling handmade crafts, representing direct sales companies, or promoting nonprofit initiatives.
Double Booth (One 10 x 20 Booth Space)	$425.00		One 10x20 booth space for individuals or organizations selling handmade crafts, representing direct sales companies, or promoting nonprofit initiatives.
One 10x10 Booth Space	$350.00		For general businesses or vendors that don’t fall into the other categories; such as service providers, corporate booths, or retail vendors.
Double Booth (One 10 x 20 Booth Space)	$675.00	Non-refundable	One 10 x 20 booth space for general businesses or vendors that don’t fall into the other categories; such as service providers, corporate booths, or retail vendors.
Electric Fee	$50.00		Please select this in addition with the correct booth space option if you need access to an electrical connection in order to operate. Please note that these spaces are limited.
