Artisan/Craft vendors must be selling items that are created by hand (original design/artwork), or have been hand-altered in some way. Items that include drug-related imagery, nudity, or foul language cannot be on display. If you are selling used or vintage items or offering customization services on manufactured items, please apply under Commercial/Retail.
Non-Profit/Educational vendors are at the Fair to inform guests about their organization or cause. No soliciting outside of your booth space. Displays that are controversial or graphic in any way will not be allowed.
Access to power is an additional $30 for the duration of Fair. No generators allowed unless approved by Fair management.

Commercial/Retail vendors (by our definition) are businesses looking to sell the goods or services that they sell on a regular basis outside of Fair. Examples: boutiques, insurance providers, manufacturers. If you make your items by hand from start to finish (for the most part), please look at the Artisan/Craft Vendor application.
Pay-for-Play vendors are bringing an attraction to Fair and will be charging participants.

For food vendors who are looking to prepare and sell consumables on-site. There is a flat fee of $125 that will give you access to up to 20'x20' vendor space. Concessionaires are required to pay an additional 20% of their gross sales and provide detailed sales records for each day of operation. Food concessionaires must also provide the Fairgrounds with a Certificate of Liability Insurance that lists Crook County and the Crook County Fair Board as additional insureds. Food concessionaires are responsible for obtaining and displaying the proper health permits.
Access to power is an additional $100 for the duration of Fair. Vendors may bring their own generator.
