Join us at the Crook County Fair for unique local vendors, delicious fair food, passionate livestock exhibitors, and vibrant static exhibit halls. This year's theme "Timeless Traditions" will include historical games, competitions, and displays that celebrate the history of the Crook County Fair.

About the application

One (1) banner, recommended at least 8' long, hung on the outside of the barns where beef, sheep, and goats are housed during Fair. Three public-facing gable ends and two barn edges are available. Banners are visible to those driving idown the Fairgrounds drive to the parking lot, and those visiting livestock exhibits and/or beef, sheep, or goat show rings.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsors are required to provide their own banner(s), if there are not any in the Fairgrounds' inventory. If the banner is not delivered to the Fairgrounds by 5:00pm on Monday, August 4th, it is likely the banner will not be displayed. If payment is not received in full by July 25th, 2025, the sponsorship will not be honored.

We prefer payment via check to avoid processing fees. Please mail checks to CCFG, PO Box 507, Prineville, 97754. If paying via card is better for you, we will manually charge the card on file on July 25th at 9:00am.
