2025 Avenues Street Fair

This is the Food Vendor Application for Food Trucks or Trailers. 

This application is for the 2025 Avenues Street Fair on Saturday, September 13th.   

You will serve prepared food or drinks. 

The Avenues Street Fair will not provide power or water to any food vendor. 

This is NOT the application for canopy food vendors or for pre-packaged foods. 

Use the Canopy food vendor application if you have a tent or other on the street booth setup. Use the Retail/Artist application for pre-packaged foods. Check with the County Health Department at Phone Number(385) 468-3845 to see if your goods qualify as "pre-packaged."

This is the Food Vendor Application for prepared food Tent vendors.

This is the Application for having a single booth space as an artist, retail vendor or a pre-packaged foods vendor at the 2025 Avenues Street Fair.  You will have a canopied booth space 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep on the street.

The Avenues Street Fair will not allow the following types of vendors:

A. Imported Goods (The applicant must be a local person involved in the creation)

B. Multi-level Marketing Products

C. Commercially Mass-produced goods

D. Resellers of commercial, garage sale or flea market items. 

E. Financial or other Personal Services such as doctors, dentists, chiropractors, insurance sales, investment advisors.

This is the Application for having a nonprofit organization, information only booth at the 2025 Avenues Street Fair.  You will be assigned a 12 foot wide by 10 foot deep booth space on the street.

A nonprofit organization booth is information only, and no sales are allowed.  You may accept voluntary donations to your organization during the fair. You may not conduct raffle or chance opportunity drawings during the Fair.

The Avenues Street Fair does not provide power, water, canopies, tables or chairs to your booth space. 

This is the Application for having a single booth space as Political Party or Political Candidate at the 2025 Avenues Street Fair. 

You will be assigned space on the street 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep.

The Avenues Street Fair does not provide canopy, tables, chairs, displays, water or power to vendors.  

Any Political Party may apply if registered with the Utah Division of Corporations. 

Individual Candidates - The boundaries of your elected office must include at least part of the Avenues.  See the Avenues boundaries at https://avenuescouncil.org/project/about/

This is the Application for having a youth booth at the 2025 Avenues Street Fair. 

You will have a canopied booth space 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep on the street.

A youth booth is reserved for Avenues residents only.  Youth may apply to sell their own hand-created art or goods.  Prepackaged foods are allowed subject to County Health Dept approval. 

Prepared foods including home baked goods are not allowed. 

The Avenues Street Fair does not provide a canopy, table, chairs, power or water to vendors. 

This is the Application for having a booth at the 2025 Avenues Street Fair representing a Government Agency or a Department of the City, County or State.

You will be assigned a 12 foot wide by10 foot deep space on the street.

There is no fee for a government agency booth.  You will not make any sales at the Fair. You will provide information to the public about your agency or government office. 

The Avenues Street Fair does not provide canopies, tables, chairs, power or water to your booth.
