Arts, Prepkg Food, Retail Sales

This is the Application for having a single booth space as an artist, retail vendor or a pre-packaged foods vendor at the 2025 Avenues Street Fair.  You will have a canopied booth space 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep on the street.

If you are selling pre-packaged foods check with the County Health Department at Phone Number(385) 468-3845 to see if your goods qualify as "pre-packaged."

The Avenues Street Fair will not allow the following types of vendors:

A. Imported Goods (The applicant must be a local person involved in the creation)

B. Multi-level Marketing Products

C. Commercially Mass-produced goods

D. Resellers of commercial, garage sale or flea market items. 

E. Financial or other Personal Services such as doctors, dentists, chiropractors, insurance sales, investment advisors.

The Avenues Street Fair does not provide canopy, tables, chairs, displays, water or power to vendors.  

You will complete all our application questions.  You will not be charged until acceptance. 

Before you will be accepted, 

A. You will be up to date with the Utah State Tax Commission by reporting sales and paying sales tax due from any of your prior events.  Call 801-297-2200 and ask for special events. or visit https://tax.utah.gov/sales/specialevents.
