A guild is an acting troop that performs live and provides interactive elements that add ambience to our faire. They often travel long distances just to come play with us! Consider sponsoring a guild today to cover their travel expenses, or provide a resident guild with the funding to continue bringing marvelous color to Whidbey Ren Faire.

In our second year of operations we have learned so much already! One constant, however, is that we are ALWAYS short on helping hands! Will you consider volunteering and bringing a friend or two to have a great time volunteering with us at Whidbey Ren Faire 2025?

Putting on large scale events in one of the most expensive areas of the country is no small feat! And making sure we can deliver a quality and SAFE product is our first priority! These events are for the community and built by the community. That being said, we have a lot of bills to pay for various rentals, venue expenses, paying our entertainers (some have traveled from out of state to join us), security, sanitation, parking crews, (understandably, no one likes to volunteer for these icky/boring jobs :P) and a whole lot of manpower hours. Please consider helping us make the faire a huge success by contributing to our goal. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in our second year, so please help us continue bringing magic for many years to come by tossing a few coins into the pot today! Every little bit helps.
