This onboarding form will complete your documentation for the Festival.

- Download the Tasting Notes Template, below, and fill it out and attach to this form
- Upload a hero photo of your products, winery, or brand collateral and fill out your brand description for inclusion the Exhibitor Guide

Beverage Exhibitor Details At-a-Glance:
- Early Bird pricing is in effect until June 1, 2025.
- A standard booth includes an 8' table, linens, dump bucket, water bottle, bus tub and 1 bag of ice per Grand Tasting session.
- Booth assignment is at the discretion of the Festival. If you are accepted, your Exhibitor Manager will discuss booth placement with you and other details.
- This is only an application. Booth requests must be reviewed and approved by the festival team before being final.
- Please make sure to include any special requests/requirements you would like the Festival to consider in the provided field.
- The supplied credit card will be charged upon approval.
