Beverage Exhibitor Details At-a-Glance:

• Early Bird pricing is in effect until June 1, 2025.
• A standard booth includes an 8' table, linens, dump bucket, water bottle, bus tub and 1 bag of ice per Grand Tasting session.
• Booth assignment is at the discretion of the Festival. If you are accepted, your Exhibitor Manager will discuss booth placement with you and other details.
• This is only an application. Booth requests must be reviewed and approved by the festival team before being final.
• Please make sure to include any special requests/requirements you would like the Festival to consider in the provided field.
• The supplied credit card will be charged upon approval.

• Exhibitor must supply all of its beverage products to the Festival at zero net cost, either through Distributor arrangement for product delivery or full reimbursement of purchase price if product must be purchased by the Festival.
• Exhibitor must staff its own booth space unless it contracts outside labor through the Festival.
• Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules, requirements and regulations of the Festival and host Facility as detailed in the Exhibitor Guide
• Exhibitor agrees to obtain, at its own expense, any license(s) and/or permit(s) and/or authorization from government bodies that may be required for the operation of the Exhibitor’s trade of business and to pay all taxes that may be levied against Exhibitor as result of the operation and business during the show.
• WFFW reserves the right to make changes in booth assignments to ensure an even flow of attendee traffic or to maintain the character of the show.
• Non-Exhibitor solicitation is strictly prohibited.
• No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of the space assigned.  
• No exhibitor is permitted to show goods or services other than those manufactured or dealt in by him/her in his/ her regular course of business and shall be approved by WFFW pursuant to the exhibitor application.
• Alcohol-based exhibitors choosing to give away samples must limit the serving size to no more than 4 oz.
