Come out and join our Westside Track Club this summer! Practices will be at Waimea High School near the locker rooms/baseball field on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's at 7:30am. Track Club is open to anyone and every one of all ages and experience/skill level. Don't forget to bring a friend or two!

Description
Monday through Friday, 7:30am-9:30am Come join our fun, week-long summer track camp with guest coach, Jhad Jones. We’ll be working on a variety of general conditioning and agility drills, as well as event specific skills each day. Coach Jhad is a Level 2 USATF Jumps, Sprints, Hurdles and Relay Coach. He is also has credentials from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and in Strength and Conditioning (S&C).

Description
Come be part of the Westside Track Club! Practices are held at the track pad (the concrete slab by the baseball field at WHS). Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings 7:30-9am all summer. We do a mixture of all different conditioning drills for general fitness, geared towards all track and field events. We’ll be introducing the variety of events for participants to try out as well for fun.
