Come join our fun, week-long summer track camp with guest coach, Jhad Jones. We’ll be working on a variety of general conditioning and agility drills, as well as event specific skills each day.
Coach Jhad is a Level 2 USATF Jumps, Sprints, Hurdles and Relay Coach. He is also has credentials from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and in Strength and Conditioning (S&C).
