- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid
Government Issued ID.
- Volunteers will receive an RnB Soul Picnic volunteer t-
shirt during check-in. Volunteers are expected to
wear their t-shirts at all times, while on duty.
- Volunteers are strictly prohibited from possessing,
selling, consuming, or being under the influence of
alcohol or illegal drugs (and legal drugs that are not
used in a manner consistent with accepted frequency
or dosage requirements) while on the job.
- Please be advised that there may not be space to
store your personal items at your volunteer site.
Please avoid bringing more than you need for your
shift.
If you wear something without pockets, we
recommend bringing a small fanny pack, over-the-
shoulder bag, or drawstring bag to keep your
belongings easily with you.
The Festival will not be responsible for any lost or
damaged personal items.
- Please remember to bring any items that will be
needed in assisting you in functioning for the day
(i.e., back or knee braces, wrist support, etc.).
- We kindly remind volunteers that the RnB Soul Picnic
will occur in June, with temperatures potentially
reaching anywhere from 80 to 100 degrees
Fahrenheit. If individuals anticipate difficulty
performing in such conditions, volunteering at this
event may not be suitable for them.
We recommend all volunteers bring necessary
supplies, such as sunscreen and sunglasses, to
ensure their comfort and protection during the event.
- Please be aware that attendees at the RnB Soul Picnic
will be permitted to drink and smoke. If this policy
conflicts with personal comfort levels or religious
preferences, volunteering at this event may not be
suitable.
