Chefs are also able to use these tables as a staging area prior to their demo.

- “Soaking bins” for the extremely dirty items to soak are located under the tables. If chefs do not provide their own cookware, you may need to wash these items at the Catering Kitchen located in Community Center.
It is important that the volunteers keep this area clean and clear for use and be attentive and present during culinary demos to assist when necessary.
Volunteers should ensure that a timely cleanup of “The Clove ” is done immediately after a demonstration or competition, etc.
At the end of Saturday, check tables bras and determine if they need to be replaced. Inspect black tablecloths and give them to Leanne for laundering if needed.
