  • $5 per person, plus bring a dish to share.
  • This is a participatory event where we'll share and sample food from each other's culture.
  • Bring a dish reflective of your heritage to share. Plan to have enough for at least several dozen to TASTE your dish. You don’t have enough for 100 people and there will be a LOT of choices for attendees, so they'll only want to take a sample. If your item has individual pieces, make them small or cut them into smaller servings. Please be prepared to talk about it as it is shared with others.

  • The $5 per peson application fee for this event will only be applied if your dish is chosen (make sure you are the first registering to bring that dish)*.
  • This is a sharing event and each participant participates of their own will understanding that they may be sharing home cooked food and accept the risk of eating traditional dishes prepared under home cooking circumstances. Your participation indicates that you will hold FusionFest harmless for any consequences of ingesting items prepared by other participants and that you take full responsibiity for the safe preparation, delivery and presentation of the items you bring to share with others.
