Photography & Media Release • By participating in the event, you grant The Silent Swing Golf Tournament and its partners the right to photograph, record, and use any media featuring your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes. 7. Sponsorships • All sponsorship agreements are subject to these terms and conditions. In-kind sponsorships must be approved by event organizers, and sponsors agree to provide goods or services as outlined in the agreement. Failure to fulfill sponsorship obligations may result in the removal of promotional benefits. 8.
