A selection of drinks and appetizers will be available throughout the evening. • Awards Ceremony & Prizes Be a part of the awards ceremony, where we’ll recognize top-performing teams, individual achievements, and on-course contest winners. By registering for or participating in The Silent Swing Golf Tournament, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Registration & Payment • All participants must complete registration and submit payment in full to secure their spot in the tournament. • Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of tournament cancellation by the organizers. 2. Eligibility • The tournament is open to participants of all skill levels. • Players under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 3. Cancellations & Refunds • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, the tournament may be rescheduled or canceled. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified, and refunds will be processed within 30 days. • Cancellations made by participants less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. 4. Liability Waiver • By participating in The Silent Swing Golf Tournament, all players, sponsors, and attendees acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, accidents, or property loss that may occur during the event. • The tournament organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the tournament. 5. Code of Conduct • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other players, staff, and event sponsors. • Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or unsportsmanlike conduct, will result in immediate disqualification without refund. 6. Photography & Media Release • By participating in the event, you grant The Silent Swing Golf Tournament and its partners the right to photograph, record, and use any media featuring your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes. 7. Sponsorships • All sponsorship agreements are subject to these terms and conditions. In-kind sponsorships must be approved by event organizers, and sponsors agree to provide goods or services as outlined in the agreement. Failure to fulfill sponsorship obligations may result in the removal of promotional benefits. 8. Force Majeure • The organizers are not responsible for any cancellation or changes to the tournament due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. 9. Event Changes • The organizers reserve the right to modify the event details, including location, schedule, and activities, as necessary. Participants will be notified of any major changes in advance. 10.
