Join friends, neighbors, and family for a FREE, all-levels yoga class on the beautiful lawn at downtown Albany's SUNY Plaza, Saturdays in June and July from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. About Whether you're looking for a weekend recharge before enjoying some Downtown shopping and dining, or just taking some time out for yourself, State Street Yoga is here for you! Certified yoga instructors from Omni Fitness Center and The Hot Yoga Spot will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Free Registration State Street Yoga classes are 100% free, but registration is required for all guests. Use the link above to complete the free online registration. We encourage all guests to register in advance to receive email updates about classes, but we will also provide free registration on-site at the start of each class. Parking Free weekend parking is available on the street throughout Downtown. For more parking information, visit downtownalbany.org/parking. Rain Outdoor yoga is weather-dependent.
