Liability waiver: By participating in State Street Yoga, you attest that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in State Street Yoga. You acknowledge that your participation in State Street Yoga fitness classes is voluntary, and that these classes may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved, and you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in State Street Yoga. Furthermore, you agree to save, indemnify, hold harmless, and waive any claim I may have against The Hot Yoga Spot, the State University of New York, OMNI Development Company, Inc., the City of Albany, and the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District, their respective officers, principals, owners, partners, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates, contractors, employees, and/or volunteers, for injury or damages you may sustain as a result of participating in State Street Yoga. Consent to use Likeness: By participating in State Street Yoga, you agree to grant permission to the Downtown Albany BID and the event partners listed above, to use your likeness in photographs and/or video taken during the State Street Yoga classes for promotional purposes, including social media posts, publications, and other communications, without payment or other consideration.
