Our Spring Festival will take place May 1-4 2025!Set up day will be Wednesday 4/30 and before 9am Thursday morning 5/1.On Wednesday you can drive your car up the entry road next to your booth location and unload, after 9am on Thursday you will have to park in the parking lot and walk your booth contents to your booth as cars will not allowed to drive up to Advocacy Row after Thursday morning at 9am. We ask that the booth is fully set up and ready to go by 4pm on Thursday 5/1.

Booth Hours:

Thursday: 4-6pm

Friday: 11am-6pm

Saturday:11am-6pm

Sunday: 11am-4pm

All I need from you is how you would like your passes. Each booth gets two passes per day. You can get those passes in two formats:1) 8 total passes- 2 passes per day- this is good for if you will have different people working the booth each day.2) 2- 4day passes- this is good if you will be having the same two people working your booth all four daysYour passes will be under the name of o the Non Profit Company you are registered with, not under the individual names and will be under WILL CALL at the ticket booth.

Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival Advocacy and Non Profit Booth Coordinator

The GrassRoots Festival is a non-profit organization, which raises money for arts, education, and other area non-profits. It is the intent of the organization to create a welcoming, relaxed and open community during the event. It does this by operating almost completely through the effort of over 500 volunteers! As a volunteer, in addition to putting smiles on festival faces, you also receive a 4-Day pass. We also invite volunteers to work four hours on single days if they don't plan to attend for the whole weekend. A 4-Day pass is earned when you work 12 hours during the Festival, or 14 hours prior to the Festival. Are you a night owl who wouldn't mind working your volunteer shifts at night? Sign up for just TWO harder-to-fill late night shifts (instead of three) to earn a weekend pass. OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE: Green Team (4pm-8pm) Security/Gates (9pm-midnight) Parking (8pm-midnight) Remember, no matter how many shifts you sign up for, they all must be on the same crew. Quick Facts: 12 hours of volunteering (three 4-hour shifts during the festival) = 4-day pass 14 hours of volunteering for setup or breakdown (8 hour shift with a 1 hour lunch break *meal included on the days you work*) = 4-day pass Consumption, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited during volunteer shifts. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from volunteering for the weekend and render one ineligible to volunteer at future Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festivals or events.
