 This year we are jurying in all of our vendors! 

This gives a unique experience for all of our  guests while enhancing the opportunity for our glorious vendors to be able to make a profit as well.

. For example, If you are chosen and you have 3d printed items ..We will try our best to limit the amount of other sellers with the same item type.Please contact our vendor coordinator directly for detailed info, pricing and more!

Please send us a short description of what you sell and a few pix.

• Your ticket comes with 1 person (you) and a 12x24 space. Your store front , sleeping quarters, vechiles and chill areas must fit in this space. If you need something larger, no biggie! We have space expansions available..

• Set up starts at 8am Thursday morning. Break down is Sunday (must be done by 5pm)

• We do NOT offer power at this time, but w DO allow the WhISPER type generators upon approval.

Category definitions

• Jewelry: Can be crafted out of any material. If you make jewlery from any ofthese other choices , still, please choose jewlery.
• Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. 
• Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable..
• Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
• Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.
• Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
• Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
• Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
• Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
• Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
• Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. .
• Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
