Description
Your ticket is non-refundable. Camping is primitive, and drinking water is limited. Potable water might not be near your campsite or available at all, so bring your own water. Cell phone service is not guaranteed! Be ready for any kind of weather — welcome to the Pacific Northwest. Fire permits can be purchased at the Wake & Bake Mobile Coffee House. To get a permit, you must have an above-ground fire pit (no digging), 5 gallons of water, and a shovel. Unauthorized or unattended fires will be extinguished, and you may be asked to leave the event. DO NOT leave a fire unattended! Come prepared! If you leave the site for any reason, you must pay full price to re-enter. Help us keep the earth clean and ticket costs low by following PACK IN, PACK OUT (take your trash with you!). Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Anyone found without a wristband may be required to either purchase a new one at full price or leave the premises at management’s discretion. Only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed (must be leashed at all times). Be prepared to answer the two questions permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act. No exceptions. No unauthorized generators. Only "quiet" generators will be approved. No minors under 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unscheduled gate closures are possible due to: Safety concerns Security issues Reached capacity If the event site reaches capacity, the gate will close to incoming traffic, regardless of the time. Plan accordingly if you’re coordinating rides with people arriving after you. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this event safe and enjoyable for all!

You'll be whisked away in style on a “magic carpet ride” (aka a golf cart) to select the perfect camping spot, with early arrival as soon as Thursday for an exclusive head start. Enjoy upgraded swag bags filled with exciting goodies and extra chances to win fantastic prizes throughout the weekend. This VIP experience is designed for those who love a bit of luxury and fun at every turn! Please note: Your ticket is non-refundable. This year, we are carefully jurying all of our vendors to create a unique experience for our guests while enhancing the opportunity for our wonderful vendors to make a profit.

We are particularly strict with our food vendors. For example, if you are selected and have hot dogs on your menu, no one else will be allowed to serve hot dogs. Please contact our vendor coordinator directly for detailed information, pricing, and more!

Your ticket includes entry for one person (you) and a 12x24-foot space. Your storefront, sleeping quarters, vehicles, and chill areas must all fit within this space. If you need a larger space, no problem! We have space expansions available.

For food vendors, you are allowed up to two additional helpers at a discounted ticket price.

Set-up begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday morning. Break-down must be completed by 5 p.m. on Sunday.

We do not offer power at this time, but we do allow whisper-type generators upon approval.

All food vendors must provide a trash receptacle for their customers and are responsible for removing all trash from the site (pack in/pack out). If you are unable to do so or leave trash behind, a $20 per bag fee will be assessed.

Category definitions

  • Jewelry: Can be crafted out of any material. If you make jewlery from any ofthese other choices , still, please choose jewlery.
  • Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. 
  • Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable..
  • Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.
  • Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
  • Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
  • Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
  • Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
  • Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
  • Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. .
  • Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Volunteer for PreSeason Barter Faire 2025! We're excited to welcome enthusiastic volunteers to join our team for an unforgettable experience at this year's event! We need your help with set-up, clean-up, parking, security, and more. Be part of the magic and help bring our community together! Volunteer Meetings Schedule: Orientation: Tuesday, October 29th Meeting Dates: January 21st February 18th March 18th April 15th Volunteer Roles: At the Gate (Gatekeepers) As the first point of contact for attendees, Gatekeepers play a key role in setting the event’s tone. You'll manage admissions, handle finances, and be a resource for festival information. We’re looking for organized, outgoing individuals with great people skills who can offer a warm welcome! Security Our Security team ensures a safe, fun environment for everyone. We aren’t looking for bouncers—just individuals with a focus on prevention, care, and community well-being. The ideal team member is calm, compassionate, and ready to de-escalate situations with a gentle approach. Parkers Parkers are the festival’s organizational wizards, managing attendee parking with skill and patience. You’ll need to be great at spatial visualization, have excellent communication skills, and be able to balance attendee requests with festival logistics. Set-up Crew Help transform the grounds into a festival-ready space! Set-up Crew members will need to be available from April 22nd through 24th to assemble tents, stages, and other essential equipment before the event begins. This role requires physical fitness and attention to detail, perfect for those who love working behind the scenes. Clean-up & Load-out Crew After the festivities, we rely on the Clean-up & Load-out Crew to restore the grounds to their original condition. Responsibilities include taking down tents, stages, and equipment, as well as handling waste and recycling. If you're physically fit and detail-oriented, we’d love to have you on board.
