Deadline: Apr 26, 2025

This year, we are carefully jurying all of our vendors to create a unique experience for our guests while enhancing the opportunity for our wonderful vendors to make a profit.

We are particularly strict with our food vendors. For example, if you are selected and have hot dogs on your menu, no one else will be allowed to serve hot dogs. Please contact our vendor coordinator directly for detailed information, pricing, and more!

Carla: (509) 294-4950

Please send us a short description of what you sell and a few photos, if possible.

Your ticket includes entry for one person (you) and a 12x24-foot space. Your storefront, sleeping quarters, vehicles, and chill areas must all fit within this space. If you need a larger space, no problem! We have space expansions available.

For food vendors, you are allowed up to two additional helpers at a discounted ticket price.

Set-up begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday morning. Break-down must be completed by 5 p.m. on Sunday.

We do not offer power at this time, but we do allow whisper-type generators upon approval.

All food vendors must provide a trash receptacle for their customers and are responsible for removing all trash from the site (pack in/pack out). If you are unable to do so or leave trash behind, a $20 per bag fee will be assessed.

Please review our applications, and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting your booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Deadline: Apr 25, 2025
Volunteer for PreSeason Barter Faire 2025! We're excited to welcome enthusiastic volunteers to join our team for an unforgettable experience at this year's event! We need your help with set-up, clean-up, parking, security, and more. Be part of the magic and help bring our community together! Volunteer Meetings Schedule: Orientation: Tuesday, October 29th Meeting Dates: January 21st February 18th March 18th April 15th Volunteer Roles: At the Gate (Gatekeepers) As the first point of contact for attendees, Gatekeepers play a key role in setting the event’s tone. You'll manage admissions, handle finances, and be a resource for festival information. We’re looking for organized, outgoing individuals with great people skills who can offer a warm welcome! Security Our Security team ensures a safe, fun environment for everyone. We aren’t looking for bouncers—just individuals with a focus on prevention, care, and community well-being. The ideal team member is calm, compassionate, and ready to de-escalate situations with a gentle approach. Parkers Parkers are the festival’s organizational wizards, managing attendee parking with skill and patience. You’ll need to be great at spatial visualization, have excellent communication skills, and be able to balance attendee requests with festival logistics. Set-up Crew Help transform the grounds into a festival-ready space! Set-up Crew members will need to be available from April 22nd through 24th to assemble tents, stages, and other essential equipment before the event begins. This role requires physical fitness and attention to detail, perfect for those who love working behind the scenes. Clean-up & Load-out Crew After the festivities, we rely on the Clean-up & Load-out Crew to restore the grounds to their original condition. Responsibilities include taking down tents, stages, and equipment, as well as handling waste and recycling. If you're physically fit and detail-oriented, we’d love to have you on board.
