Sponsorship Fee – The cost to sponsor a workshop is $50 per session. Payment is required upon confirmation of sponsorship.
Sponsor Recognition – Each sponsored workshop will include:
A business logo & name displayed at the workshop space.
A verbal acknowledgment of the sponsor before and after the workshop.
Inclusion in the event schedule and promotional materials, as applicable.
Workshop Selection – Sponsors may request to be associated with a particular workshop, but final assignments will be determined based on availability and relevance to the workshop content.
Content Restrictions – All branding and sponsorship messaging must be family-friendly and align with event values. The event team reserves the right to reject or modify any sponsorship materials that are deemed inappropriate or not in line with the event’s mission.
Promotional Opportunities – Sponsors may provide business cards, flyers, or small branded giveaways for attendees of their sponsored workshop. Any additional promotional materials must be approved by event organizers.
Limited Availability – Workshop sponsorships are first-come, first-served, and availability is subject to the number of scheduled workshops. Sponsorships are non-refundable once confirmed.
Liability & Placement – While the event will make every effort to maintain signage and promotional visibility, we are not responsible for damage, removal, or loss of sponsor materials due to weather, attendee actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Sponsorship Confirmation – By submitting payment, sponsors agree to these terms and understand that their branding will be publicly displayed in association with the sponsored workshop.
