Applications are now open for artists and vendors interested in joining Memphis Comic Expo 2025! We’re looking forward to an exciting, diverse lineup of creators, makers, and sellers to bring the show floor to life. Space is limited and all applications will be juried, so be sure to fill out every field carefully for full consideration. Whether you’re a returning favorite or a first-time participant, we can’t wait to see what you bring to the table—literally!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help make Memphis Comic Expo 2025 our best show yet! Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles, including guest handlers, customer service, errand runners, door watchers, parking lot attendants, and setup/breakdown crew. All volunteers work in four-hour shifts and will receive a free MCX25 t-shirt and a full weekend attendee badge as thanks for their time and support. If you’re passionate about pop culture, love helping people, or just want a behind-the-scenes look at how the expo comes together, we’d love to have you on the team!
