Vendor space for arts, crafts, merchants, services, and political parties. If you are a vendor in any other category (nonprofit, food), please return to the main event page and select the appropriate vendor application. 
Please select the Full Season (All seven Thursdays) or Single Date option(s) that you prefer. (Food and Farmers Market vendors are not eligible for single dates, and are expected to participate all seven weeks.) Preference is given to vendors who can participate all seven weeks. Most vendor spaces are a 12’ x 12’ area, and there are a limited number of extra large spaces. If you have a truck or trailer that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large space. (Vendors with two different booth locations will still need to purchase two spots.) We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.
A 25% discount will be applied to full-season vendors who have a business in the City of White Bear Lake. A 50% discount will be applied to full-season vendors in the Downtown White Bear Lake Special Service District. Businesses within the Marketfest footprint may participate on the sidewalk in front of their business for free. Discounts will be applied to the full-season (7 weeks) booth space upon approval of the application.

Vendor space for event attractions (e.g. face painting, petting zoo, pony rides, climbing wall, inflatables, touch-a-truck display, etc.) If you are a musician or band, do not use this vendor application, but instead complete our Entertainment Submission form in the fall.

This application is for vendors who have been invited to participate on a Marketfest Theme Night. Each week of Marketfest we have a different theme on 4th Street, which showcases our fantastic businesses, organizations, community groups, and city resources. Per Minnesota State Law, all vendors must submit an ST-19 form, even if you do not plan to sell anything. We do not permit the sale or distribution of food and/or beverages on 4th Street. Most vendor spaces are a 12’ x 12’ area, and there are a limited number of extra large spaces. All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. Please note on your application if you need access to 110vac. We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. Setup begins at 5:30 pm on 4th Street, and Marketfest opens at 6 pm. All vendors are asked to remain open until 9 pm, and tear down begins at 9:15 pm.
