Please select the Full Season (All seven Thursdays) or Single Date option(s) that you prefer. (Food and Farmers Market vendors are not eligible for single dates, and are expected to participate all seven weeks.) Preference is given to vendors who can participate all seven weeks. Most vendor spaces are a 12’ x 12’ area, and there are a limited number of extra large spaces. If you have a truck or trailer that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large space. (Vendors with two different booth locations will still need to purchase two spots.) We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.
A 25% discount will be applied to full-season vendors who have a business in the City of White Bear Lake. A 50% discount will be applied to full-season vendors in the Downtown White Bear Lake Special Service District. Businesses within the Marketfest footprint may participate on the sidewalk in front of their business for free. Discounts will be applied to the full-season (7 weeks) booth space upon approval of the application.
All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. Additional information is available at www.marketfestwbl.com. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Please complete the online form below. We typically receive more than 100 submissions for 14 openings each year, so be sure to include complete details about your entertainment act and samples of your work to help the selection committee make their decision.
Entertainment submissions will be accepted until December 31, 2024. We will review applications in January and offer contracts to the selected acts in February.
