Health & safety
1. General Health & Wellness If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay home. First aid assistance is available on-site. If you need medical attention, notify a staff member immediately. 2. U-Pick Safety Rules Use only the provided or approved cutting tools. Always cut lavender stems at the base of the plant to ensure healthy regrowth. Do not pull or break plants. Be mindful of bees and other pollinators. Avoid disturbing them, and move away calmly if they are nearby. Supervise children at all times to ensure safe handling of tools and respect for the lavender fields. 3. Farm & Environmental Safety The farm has uneven terrain, rocks, and natural obstacles. Please watch your step and use caution when walking through fields. Sun protection is recommended—bring sunscreen, hats, and stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water, especially on hot days. In case of extreme weather, festival activities may be adjusted or paused for safety. Follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency. 4. Allergies & Sensitivities Lavender attracts bees and other pollinators. If you have a bee allergy, bring necessary medications (e.g., EpiPen) and inform festival staff. Some individuals may be sensitive to strong floral scents. Consider taking necessary precautions if you have respiratory conditions. 5. Food & Beverage Safety Only consume food and beverages from approved festival vendors. If you have food allergies, please check with vendors regarding ingredients before purchasing.

Come celebrate the lavender harvest with us at The Lavender Apple Farm in Millville, Utah!

The Lavender Festival hours are:

Friday, July 11, 2025 from 11am-9pm

Saturday July 12, 2025 from 10am-7pm (for the public).

**We are inviting the Cache Valley Summer Citizens to come from 9-10am Saturday for a special hour of shopping without the crowd, so we would ask you to be ready by 8:45 on Saturday.**

Set up will be by assigned time on July 10, 2025

Take down is July 12th from 7pm-9pm. Please plan to stay at the market for the whole time.

Booth spaces are 10'x10' (canopy, electricity, table or chairs not provided). Booths will be set up near or around the perimeter of one of our lavender fields.

This market is a place for local artisans to sell their handmade items. To be sure we have a variety of artisans, applications will be juried. We will let you know by March 15, 2025 if you have been accepted to be a vendor in the market. We will have ~30 vendors.

There will be a waiting list for duplicate category artisans in case of situations where the artisan cannot attend the market.

Once you are accepted into the market, the fee to be a vendor is a $250 and will be charged to your credit card on March 29, 2025. This is non-refundable after April 5, 2025. The fee is used to cover the cost of the wagon rides, the port-a-potties, the musicians and sound equipment, advertising, and parking attendants.

The lavender festival will be located at our lavender farm in Millville, Utah. We live at the end of a one lane private dirt road. There will be a place where you can bring your vehicle for set up and take down with parking nearby. We will be doing horse-drawn wagon rides for the guests. Because the road will be busy, we ask that you limit driving in and out as much as possible.

There will be food trucks and food vendors at the market if you want to purchase food there. Please do not sell food or drinks unless you are coming as a food vendor.

We will be marketing the festival with local flyers, signs, and on social media. We ask that you share and invite through your favorite platforms as well. The more we get the word out, the more successful the market will be! We expect about 10-12,000 people will attend the event.

Thank you!
