About the event
The Midwest's Premier Gaming Expo is joining with Ohio's oldest retro gaming event Corgscon for a very special weekend happening on Sep 4th-7th, 2025 featuring a weekend full of games to play, tournaments to compete in, loads of good gaming deals, raffles with unique prizes, and tons more!
GDEX is the regions top Game Dev Expo with loads of new and unreleased games to play all weekend long. Gamers and Game Devs are welcome to join us for a Weekend Celebration of Games!
The Columbus Ohio Retro Gaming Society was born in August 2008 right here in the capital city at the ACEC annual swapmeet, when two retro gamers named Gary met in person. The Atari Computer Enthusiast Club had been hosting an annual swapmeet for its members and the community since the 90s.

Welcome to the GDEX 2025 Exhibitor Application! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with GDEX! GDEX would not exist without all the amazing people who help make it run throughout the weekend.
Volunteers will be expected to have all day availability (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) for one of these date blocks (but preferably two):

Welcome to the GDEX 2025 Speaker Application!
Do you have something you're really passionate about you want to bring to GDEX? Applications are handled on a rolling basis, so we will look over them as they come in on a weekly basis and approve, decline, or hold for a later decision. Applications can be Accepted, put On Hold, or Rejected at any time for any reason. Accepted applications will be posted onto the schedule based on the time availability listed on the application.
We generally divide our experiences into the following categories
- Speaking Seminars
- Speakers give presentations about their topic, technologies, etc.
- Workshops
- These are designed to be interactive sessions that require audience work and/or participation.
- Panels
- Consist of multiple speakers discussing the topic
- Gaming Experience
- Any kind of game demos, tournaments, showcases, etc.
- Tech Experience
- If you have a cool technology to demo, particularly visual or interactive experiences.
- Community Gathering or Meetups
- Sessions that are designed to have people get together and meet each other or celebs, etc.
NOTE: OUR EXPERIENCES ARE DESIGNED TO BE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, GAME SHOWCASES, OR COMMUNITY GATHERINGS AND CANNOT BE SALES PITCHES.
