Exhibitors

Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only. Please read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application. 

The Suwanee Fest committee will be accepting applications for participation in the September 20 & 21 event. Booth fees for this year's event will not be processed until after the July 4th holiday.

If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

The deadline for all applications is March 31. The application fee ($35) is not refundable, even if the event is canceled.

 

In order to improve the experience for festivalgoers and exhibitors, the map for this year's festival has been updated and now fits fewer vendors. Please see the updated map at the bottom of the page.

 

Please note: Businesses may participate as sponsors in the festival. If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, please complete a sponsor application found under the "Sponsor" tab.

Food Vendors

Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items and a limited number of food vendors. Please read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application.

 

Booth fees for this year's event will not be processed until after the July 4th holiday. If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

 

The deadline for all applications is March 31. The application fee ($35) is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the event is canceled.

 

A few quick notes about food vending:

  • If you need to replenish food or restock during the event, your delivery should be made to the "Food Drop-Off" located just outside the food court. A pass is required to enter this area. You may pick up the pass at vendor check-in.
  • Food vendors are NOT permitted to use amplified sound to play music during the festival. 
  • Vendors are NOT allowed to park behind or beside their booth or anywhere in the food court area. Cars parked within the area will be towed, ticketed, or the vendor will be removed from the festival.
  • Please reserve the appropriate booth size. Vendors who extend past their allotted rented space will be subject to additional booth fees PLUS a $200 fine.
  • Vendors must be onsite and ready to serve at 9:00 am on Saturday and close by 7:00 pm. Sunday hours begin at 12:00 pm (noon), and vendors must stop selling for the weekend at 5:00 pm.  
  • Food vendors are required to accept Suwanee Bucks as a form of payment during the festival. Suwanee Bucks should be treated like currency, and vendors should return change if due to the customer. 
  • Suwanee Bucks can be redeemed onsite at the Festival Information tent found in front of City Hall until 6:00 pm on Sunday. 
  • ALL Suwanee Bucks redemptions MUST be made either to city hall or by mail by October 31.
  • Food Tents are NOT allowed to sell items cooked in grease/fryers. Only food trucks and trailers may sell food items cooked in grease/fryers. 
  • Please submit your most recent health inspection and business license from your county of origin. 

 If you are unable to comply with these rules and the regular festival rules and guidelines, please do NOT apply.

Non-Profit Organizations

$5-300

Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only and a limited number of spaces for 501C3 Not-for-profit organizations. Read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application.

The Suwanee Fest committee will be accepting applications for participation in the September 20 & 21 event. Booth fees for this year's event will not be processed until after the July 4th holiday.

If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

NON-PROFIT BOOTHS SHOULD:

  • Include an interactive activity for festival attendees!
  • Educate attendees about your non-profit!
  • Set up an attractive and engaging display to make attendees want to come to your booth!
  • Engage with the community and build relationships - recruit volunteers, find people who need your services, raise money, or sell items that benefit the organization (but sold items will require approval and need to fall within the festival guidelines).
  • Have fun and follow the festival theme! This year is Jurassic Park-themed!

NON-PROFIT BOOTHS SHOULD NOT:

  • Sell food or drinks that can be purchased from food vendors.
  • Have activities that other vendors will be providing for a fee (like face painting, free water, sand art, popcorn, or other food besides small candy items).
  • Sell items that are not from the non-profit or about the non-profit.
  • Allow others to sell from the non-profit tent.
  • Sublease vendor space to another vendor.
  • Give away food, water, or other goods that would be sold at the event.
  • Change their booth activity without approval from the Suwanee Fest committee.
