We are excited to have you join us and participate as a sponsor for the 2025 Charleston Beer Fest. The festival will actively promote your product to an engaged audience of craft beer fans. Your commitment to Charleston Beer Fest (and all of the proceeds!) will support Palmetto Community Care.

Help us go beyond the beer to raise additional money for Palmetto Community Care! Drink Beer. Do Good. is more than just a catchphrase to us. Last year, our case managers had over 10,000 contacts with clients. They assisted 496 people in finding stable housing, 519 in finding oral or primary health care, and 441 with emergency financial assistance and food bank-delivered meals. We also paid more than $3.5 million for life-saving medications and $1 million to provide health insurance for our clients. Those are just a few examples of what it means when we say, “Drink Beer. Do Good.” Charleston Beerfest is our primary fundraiser in helping us ensure that no one living with HIV or AIDS should go without medical care, everyday resources, and emotional support.

Thanks for signing up to volunteer for the 2025 Charleston Beer Fest. This fundraising event benefits Palmetto Community Care, formerly Lowcountry AIDS Services. PLEASE DON'T SIGN UP FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE. WE NEED NAMES, EMAILS & TSHIRT SIZES FOR ALL! This year's festival will occur on Sat., Oct 25, 2025, at Riverfront Park in North Charleston. Evening Shifts will receive an additional Beer Fest T-shirt. We'll have a two special Volunteer Orientations to go over details, get shirts and give everyone a chance to meet and have a beer before the festival! You will not be required to attend both orientations but are highly encouraged to attend at least one on Oct. 24th and 26th. You'll receive an email with more information.
