• By checking the box below, you are agreeing to delivering your product to site by Friday, 10/24/25. Load-in anytime between 2:00pm-5:00pm. We will have a refrigerated truck onsite for cold storage Friday night and Saturday through the event. There will be no cold storage provided overnight on Saturday. Any remaining product or equipment will be returned to the distributor immediately following the event.
• By checking the box below, you are committing to providing at least 1 staff person on-site and present at your activation for the duration of the event, keg beer, jockey box or similar pouring equipment, or an equivalent amount of canned beer, branding signage, a 10x10 pop-up tent to shade the pouring station, and CO2 (if required for your pouring apparatus). A representative of your brewery may bring and sell branded non-alcoholic swag directly to the attendees from your station.
• By checking the box below, you are committing to providing brewery representatives on festival day. Our in-house Beverage Manager will serve as a barback to advise volunteers (if requested) and shuttle materials and ice to your station throughout the day. Your representatives are responsible for your beer pouring station and to help answer questions about the products as needed.
• By electronically signing below, you agree to donate at the specified amount to Palmetto Community Care for Charleston Beer Fest on Saturday, October 25, 2025. You are also agreeing to ensure your materials are staged by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025, and that you will provide at least one representative from your brewery to check in at your beer station between the hours of 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
