Eligibility: Black Male Exhibitors (21+) are invited to apply.
- Visual Artists: Painting, Mixed Media, Digital Art, Sculpture, Photography
- Vendors: Clothing, Crafts, Jewelry, Woodworking, Handmade self-care products
Review: Our team will conduct a thorough review of your work and consider you for the exhibit within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.
Setup: All exhibitors are provided with a 6ft x 6ft or 12ft x 6ft floor space and will be required to bring their own grid panel displays, easels, tables, etc for presentation. Exhibitors are required to be on site by 12pm for setup on the day of event. Sales start at 3pm and end at 8pm.
Sales: Exhibitors keep 100% of their sales.
Not Allowed:
- Any exhibitors who do not identify as Black male.
- Black male artists or vendors under the age of 21.
- Products or artworks that do not fall under the specified categories of visual art or vendor items.
- Visual art forms not specified in the allowed list (e.g.,Performance art, Yoga teachers, Individuals giving speeches or presentations).
- Tarot or readings if that's the sole offering with no other products or services provided
- Mentors/Therapists who aren't offering any physical products in addition to their services
- Art theft of any kind or using other artists' works on their products such as mugs, blankets, or art prints.
- Anything that violates the event's guidelines or policies regarding content, safety, or legality.

Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, long wait times, or dissatisfaction with the event experience.
Refunds will not be issued for attendees who choose to leave the line or venue before entry.
In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Event Entry & Capacity:
Entry is first-come, first-served and subject to venue capacity limits. While we strive to get everyone inside as quickly as possible, wait times may occur due to crowd control and safety regulations.
No attendee will be denied entry as long as they arrive during the event’s operating hours and adhere to venue guidelines.
Re-entry is permitted for ticket holders with valid wristbands, but re-entry may be subject to wait times depending on capacity.
Communication:
We aim to keep all attendees informed of important event details, including potential wait times and entry procedures, via email notifications and social media updates. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review all pre-event communications.
