Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, long wait times, or dissatisfaction with the event experience. Refunds will not be issued for attendees who choose to leave the line or venue before entry. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund. Event Entry & Capacity: Entry is first-come, first-served and subject to venue capacity limits. While we strive to get everyone inside as quickly as possible, wait times may occur due to crowd control and safety regulations. No attendee will be denied entry as long as they arrive during the event’s operating hours and adhere to venue guidelines. Re-entry is permitted for ticket holders with valid wristbands, but re-entry may be subject to wait times depending on capacity. Communication: We aim to keep all attendees informed of important event details, including potential wait times and entry procedures, via email notifications and social media updates.
