☀️ Outdoor Event – Vendors must provide their own setup.
✅ No booth sharing. Each vendor must have their own approved space.
✅ No early departures. Vendors who leave before the event ends will be fined $50 and prohibited from future festivals.
✅ All products must be approved. No unauthorized sales of prohibited items.
✔️ 10x10 tent
✔️ Tables and chairs
✔️ Display racks, product stands, or necessary setup for your business
✔️ Weights to secure your tent (required for outdoor booths)
✔️ Signage and branding materials
⏳ Setup begins 3 hours before the event start time. Vendors must be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
? Late arrivals will forfeit their booth without a refund.
? Parking details will be provided closer to the event.
