Belmont Village Bestival - 2025

Wanted - musicians, bands, performers from any genre who have an amazing act to share! If you would like your musical performance to be a part of Belmont Village Bestival 2025 please fill out this application. Where possible, please attached original material and video clips.    Please note that our Artistic Director can not respond to every application but will contact any acts that are of interest.   
 

Do you have an artistic talent that you would like to share with thousands of Bestival attendees? We are an artist driven festival! If you would like to sell your art or  handcrafted products please fill out this application. All items must be original. We do not permit commercial 're-sale' vendors. If you are a commercial business or corporation, we have a limited number of activation booth spaces available. Please contact us for further information. The Market Runs Friday September 12th, 5:30pm - 10:30pm and Saturday September 14th, 10:00am - 10:30pm. The fee includes both days. Setup starts Friday 4:00pm - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 9:30am. Vendors are expected to remain setup for the entire duration of the market. Spaces are limited.  We do not have access to electricity and vendors are expected to provide their own tents, tables, lighting and chairs. This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If you plan to sell any food or drink products please fill out our food vendor application. You will also need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.

We are excited to bring you Bestival 2025! Last year was a success with our food vendors and licensed patio area and we've had lots of inquiries. We have 5 spaces available, get your application ASAP.
If you or your business are interested in setting up a food or beverages vending service please fill out this form and someone from our team will contact you to discuss.  Food vendors can setup Friday Sept. 12th from 5:00pm - 10:30pm and Saturday Sept. 13th from 10:00am - 10:30pm.    If you plan to sell any food or drink products you will need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form, as well and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.
