Musicians, Makers and Artists...Oh My! Join us Saturday, September 6 and Sunday September 7, from 10am-6pm in beautiful Downtown Ball Ground for a day of celebrating the Creatives of North Georgia. This unique event will spread throughout all of Downtown Ball Ground and allow you to experience the magic of Southern Artistry and Craftsmanship. You will get to experience first hand Artists, Makers and Sing-songwriters as they bring their creations to life on the streets of Ball Ground. This collaboration between Black Sheep Promotions and Menagerie on Main will showcase the best artists, makers, song writers and foodies for a day of celebrating the best North Georgia has to offer.

Artist/Maker Information and Application Menagerie on Main and Black Sheep Promotions are excited to host the second annual Art on Main in Downtown Ball Ground, Ga. Please carefully read all details for the event, including instructions on entering your work for consideration. *Vendors MUST commit to both days of the festival. *Only Fine Art and Handmade Crafts will be considered for this event: This is both a Fine Art and Makers event. Anything handmade is eligible to enter for consideration. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, clothing/wearables, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, hat making/custom hats, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, paintings, pet products, photography, print making, sculpture, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. You"ll be required to submit recent photos with this application, which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth photo will not be considered. Art on Main will be held September 6 and 7, 2024, 10am-6pm. Each artist will bring a 10x10 SOLID WHITE tent. Artists are responsible for tents, tables, and all displays Requirements for Consideration Artists/Makers must submit up to 5 pieces of work as a small representation of the artist’s body of work and image(s) and a photo of your booth set-up. Artists/Makers must submit applications on or before August 2, 2025. Each artist/maker understands it is their own responsibility to supply a 10’x10’ solid white tent. If accepted, artists/maker MUST bring weights to weigh down the tent. Artists/Makers are responsible for all display equipment and presentation of their work. All Art on Main merchandise must be original, handmade, and created by the exhibitor. Artists/Makers must be present with their work for the duration of the festival. No commercial agents, dealers, or sales people may operate an artist’s booth. Applicants will be notified within 7 days of their acceptance status and will be charged for the booth fee at that time. Booth fee for accepted artists is $200 and will be charged at time of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. No refunds. Upgrading a booth MUST BE DONE DURING APPLICATION PROCESS. Must be 18+ to participate. Rain or Shine: No “rain date.” Fees will not be refunded in case of inclement weather. This is a rain or shine event. No Show Policy: Artists who have not checked-in by 8am Saturday, September 6th, will be considered a “no-show.” No-show artists are not eligible for refunds and may not set up after 8am. Sale Terms: Artists keep 100% of sales from their tents/booths. Exhibitors shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals under state laws applicable to his/her activity at the Art on Main Festival and for paying any taxes, sales taxes, fees, or other charges that may be applicable to any Exhibitor’s activity at the Art on Main Fest. *Neither Menagerie on Main, Black Sheep Promotions or the City of Ball Ground, its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the Exhibitor/Artist, the Exhibitor’s agents or representatives, or his/her property from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require. Applicants are expected to read terms thoroughly, and a submitted application is an indication that you understand and accept the expectations and requirements mentioned in the application.
