Art on Main: Downtown Ball Ground
Gourmet Food Vendor Information and Application
Menagerie on Main and Black Sheep Promotions are excited to host the second annual Art on Main in Downtown Ball Ground, Ga.
Please carefully read all details for the event, including instructions on entering your work for consideration.
Gourmet Food Vendors can only sell pre-packaged prepared foods that are made by the applicant. No reselling of purchased items is allowed. All food items displayed in the booth must be for sale.
Art on Main will be held September 6 and 7, 2024, 10am-6pm.
Each vendor will bring a 10x10 SOLID WHITE tent. Artists are responsible for tents, tables, and all displays
Requirements for Consideration
- Vendors must submit up to 5 pieces of work as a small representation of the artist’s body of work and image(s) and a photo of your booth set-up.
- Vendors must submit applications on or before August 2, 2025.
- Each artist/maker understands it is their own responsibility to supply a 10’x10’ solid white tent.
- If accepted, artists/maker MUST bring weights to weigh down the tent.
Vendors are responsible for all display equipment and presentation of their work. - All Art on Main merchandise must be original, handmade, and created by the exhibitor.
- Vendors must be present with their work for the duration of the festival. No commercial agents, dealers, or sales people may operate an artist’s booth.
- Applicants will be notified by within 2 weeks of their acceptance status and will be charged for the booth fee at that time. A "wait list" response is also possible.
- Booth fee for accepted artists is $200 and will be charged at time of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. No refunds.
- Upgrading a booth MUST BE DONE DURING APPLICATION PROCESS.
- Rain or Shine: No “rain date.” Fees will not be refunded in case of inclement weather. This is a rain or shine event.
No Show Policy: Artists who have not checked-in by 8am Saturday, September 6th, will be considered a “no-show.” No-show artists are not eligible for refunds and may not set up after 8am.
Sale Terms: Artists keep 100% of sales from their tents/booths. Exhibitors shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals under state laws applicable to his/her activity at the Art on Main Festival and for paying any taxes, sales taxes, fees, or other charges that may be applicable to any Exhibitor’s activity at the Art on Main Fest.
Neither Menagerie on Main, Black Sheep Promotions or the City of Ball Ground, its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the Exhibitor/Artist, the Exhibitor’s agents or representatives, or his/her property from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require.
Applicants are expected to read terms thoroughly, and a submitted application is an indication that you understand and accept the expectations and requirements mentioned in the application.
