APW Spooktacular 2025

This is  Application for Artists and crafters of handmade items. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed and juried. This is the application only. If approved, you will be invited to purchase your booth location. You will need to enter a card on file with your application, and again to purchase your booth location.  You will be notified of your application status and approved vendors will be invited to purchase their booth locations. You will choose your vendor location after approval.  This event will be held outside in Downtown Avalon Park and is rain or shine. Power is only available in select areas, if you require power, you must choose a booth location that has power included.  Vendor booths are 10x10 and are the location only, you will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chairs. Once your vendor application is approved you will be invited to select your vendor booth from the following booth selections: Green - Premium Booth w/ Electric ($100)Yellow - Standard Booth w/ Electric ($75)Red - Premium Booth ($50) – No Power Purple – Standard Booth ($30) – No Power  Premium vendor spaces are located in higher-traffic areas of the event and/or near entertainment.  Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

The double booth size is 10x20. Once your vendor application is approved, you will be invited to select your vendor booth from the following booth selections:

Avalon Park hosts community-wide festivals each year that attract thousands of people to join in on the fun! These festivals are incredible ways to market your business to all of Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas. We have sponsorship levels of all ranges from $5,000-$250. Join us as we celebrate our annual Spooktacular event in Avalon Park! We need volunteers to assist with vendors setup, posting signs, filling up goodie bags and prep work for the costume parade.

This is the performance request application for Spooktacular.

 

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
