General Information
Our festival celebrates cultural diversity through vibrant booths that showcase traditions, art, crafts, performances, and food from around the world. All booth spaces are offered to promote cultural education and community engagement.
For vendors, payment will be required once your application has been approved by our team.

Art Workshop and Craft Table Application Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in hosting an art workshop or craft table at the Afro Air Festival! Below are the guidelines and information to assist you through the application process:
General Information
The festival invites individuals and groups to host art workshops or showcase their crafts at craft tables, offering handmade, culturally significant items and experiences that celebrate diversity. We aim to provide attendees with a wide range of interactive and unique cultural arts and crafts.
Accepted Categories
We are seeking applicants for the following categories:
- Workshops: Crafting, art-making, dancing, drumming and hands-on cultural experiences.
Event Protocol
- Vendors are expected to operate their booths throughout the festival from 11 AM to 7 PM.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory for all vendors.
- Vendors must maintain a clean and organized booth at all times.
Product Management
- Permits: Vendors must provide valid permits or certifications required for their products, where applicable.
- Quality Standards: All items must be handmade or culturally authentic, representing the craftsmanship of the culture being celebrated.
- Packaging: Vendors are encouraged to use environmentally friendly packaging where possible.
Parking and Load-In
- Vendors are responsible for their own parking arrangements and must follow the festival’s unloading and parking instructions.
- Load-in begins at 8 AM. All vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area by 10 AM.
Setup and Breakdown
- Setup Time: 8 AM to 10 AM on May 17, 2025. Booths must be fully operational by 10 AM.
- Breakdown Time: Breakdown may only begin after the event ends at 7 PM. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving.

Art, Merch & Business Vendors Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in showcasing your work at Afro Air Festival! Below are the application guidelines and details to help you through the process:
General Information
We welcome artisans and crafters whose work highlights cultural traditions, creativity, and craftsmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase and sell your handmade or culturally inspired creations to a diverse audience. We also welcome Merch and Business vendors.
Accepted Categories
Vendors can apply under the following categories:
Artisan and Craft Booths:
- Handmade Jewelry: Culturally inspired designs or unique handcrafted pieces.
- Textiles: Items like clothing, scarves, rugs, or other fiber arts.
- Pottery and Ceramics: Functional or decorative pottery pieces.
- Visual Art: Original paintings, prints, or sculptures.
- Traditional Crafts: Items representing cultural heritage, such as weaving, wood carving, or calligraphy.
- Decorative Items: Home décor, candles, or ornaments with artistic or cultural significance.
Clothing Vendors:
- Vendors offering culturally inspired or handmade clothing items.
Book Vendors:
- Vendors selling books, including literature, art books, and other publications that align with the festival's cultural theme.
Other Vendors:
- Vendors offering items such as accessories, home décor, and other products that complement the festival's cultural focus.
Event Protocol
Booths must remain open and staffed for the entire duration of the festival from 11AM to 7PM.
Participants are encouraged to engage with attendees, sharing the story and inspiration behind their craft.
Items for sale must be consistent with those described in the application. No unauthorized substitutions are permitted.
Setup and Breakdown
Setup Time: 8AM to 10 AM on May 17, 2025. Booths must be operational by 10:30 AM.
Breakdown Time: Booth takedown may only begin after the festival ends at 7PM.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and removing all materials and debris.
